When you aren't streaming your favorite TV show or movie from the comfort of the sofa, prepare your favorite dishes in the well-equipped kitchen. Enjoy your meals at the sizable breakfast bar or take it alfresco on the sunny balcony. Also inside, you'll have access to a shared laundry room, partial air-conditioning, and internet access.

Any closer to the ocean and we would be on a boat. We enjoyed having coffee every morning on the balcony watching the Sunrise as we watched the waves crashing just out from us. I have stayed in nicer places, but it was clean. Missing several things that would have made it more comfortable for our weeks stay. But if you are only staying for the weekend you may not notice. They need to update the furniture on the balcony as that was the best spot of it and the furniture was old broken and very rusted from the sea. But that made it uncomfortable to eat at with rust all over the table. Despite the condition of several things we enjoyed the location. And enjoyed walking in the neighborhood. The beach in front is not useable because of the tides but a very nice beach with Free parking at Beach access #4 across from North Topsail Town Park (Mile marker 17)

Main level air b and b that allows you to access the beach a few steps away. Beautiful scenery and able to enjoy the ocean sounds at night. The place was clean and spacious. Would recommend to family and friends.

Loved the 1st floor location. Great balcony view with tall chairs. Building 1 is our favorite so we were satisfied with this rental. A slight refresh is all it needs.
