The views of the beach were wonderful with 6 chairs that sit up high to accommodate all of the adults. Loved that there are 3 king beds and also had 2 bunk rooms. Access to the garage for our cars was nice. Plentiful boogie boards and beach toys were great for the kids. Also used the charcoal grill for a 4th of July cookout.

The view from the deck was beautiful. dining room furniture was great. the family room and side chairs need replacing.mold or mildew in lower level bathrooms ceilings .

We just had a wonderful week long vacation on Topsail Beach at Reef Ridge. The location was great and the house was very comfortable for our gathering of 10 people. The views from the deck were amazing and being oceanfront was the best! The spacious kitchen table was great for game nights! We would definitely consider coming back to this home! The only negative to this house is you do not have an outdoor grill. There is a nice large covered porch downstairs which 2 bedrooms open up to. If you are looking for a comfortable home oceanfront this one is definitely one to consider!
