The view was great. There was a Keurig for coffee.

Great low-keyed beach with easy access to beach and pool area. Condo offered central location to shopping, restaurants, and beach activities. Great family spot!

I took my 2 aunts in their 80s and this condo was absolutely perfect! There is an elevator, wheelchair accessible ramp and carts to get our belongings up to the condo! Absolutely beautiful view, clean and comfortable furniture and beds! We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back in the future!

Clean, everything you’d need in the kitchen, lots of space, great ocean view.

We arrived to our unit and discovered the place had not been thoroughly cleaned (bathrooms were clean and bedding was fresh). I contacted Vacasa and they offered to have it recleaned. I mentioned to them that I did run the dishwasher and found a swiffer and vacuum cleaner and took it into my own hands. They compensated us for my time. The furniture is old, faded and the throw pillows need thrown away. They have stains all over them. I opted to cover the furniture with sheets when we would be using it. It just wasn't comfy and everything felt gritty. The beds need replaced with something more durable for this units usage. When we climbed into bed, we rolled toward the center of bed due to sloping mattress. The view is absolutely beautiful and being on the 3rd floor, you have privacy from the other vacationers. The 2nd day we discovered there was only 1 beach chair and 1 lawn chair that wasn't broke. I even reached out to Vacasa property manager prior to us arriving and ask if we needed to bring our own gear. I was just trying to pack as light as possible. We were told there were 2 beach chairs for our use. We spent our days at the beach and came back up to our unit to shower and head out for dinner on a daily basis. The dryer did not dry on the first setting and it made a squealing sound. The lint holder was always damp no matter what. On our last evening, we went to dinner and came back to not being able to access our unit due to keyless entry battery died. After all the chaos with being stuck outside for almost 2 hours in the heat, we were greeted by the sweetest maintenence man. He was able to get us in and he really loves his job. He is so compassionate and kept apologizing to us that it took him so long to get to us. He gave us some background about the area we were in and some personal stories of his. Again, Vacasa compensated us for the inconvenience we encountered. The maintenance man let us know that this particular unit had just been acquired by Vacasa from Treasure so maybe once someone from their local team visits the unit, someone else won't have the issues we had. We loved North Topsail Beach and hope to visit again. Enjoy your stay!!!
