For a change in scenery, the surrounding community offers many island amenities only minutes away including North Shore Golf and Country Club, Royal Dunes sound side park, free public boat ramp with access to Intercoastal Waterway, Seaview Fishing Pier, restaurants, shopping, grocery stores and entertainment.

Only steps away from the pristine beach of North Topsail Island, this home is packed with comfort, convenience and entertainment for all members of your family. Featuring large open rooms, beautiful ocean views and an open floor plan, the main level of this home provides perfect space for gathering and entertaining.
