There is a patio under the home with another dining area (picnic table) and a dartboard.

Inside, the home features an inviting living area with a gas fireplace, comfortable furniture, and a TV. The open kitchen is complete with all major appliances, including a Keurig coffee maker and a dishwasher. The center island seats two and adds dining space to the four-person dining table off of the kitchen. The main bedroom has a private beachfront balcony, an en suite bathroom, and its own seating area with comfortable sofas, a four-person table, and a TV.
