CB05 Cozy Carolina Beach Condo

Very Cozy place with a view of the ocean. Very clean and highly recommend.

The place was clean and updated nicely. disappointment were the boulders blocking the beach to handle erosion. We were glad we didn't rent a beachfront home near there as you couldn't access the beach directly.

We had some issues with the place. I personally wouldn’t stay here again because of it but not going to write a long review. Just know that there is NO pool key despite what the binder might say and a large paper on the table warning you that you’ll be charged $50 if you don’t return. Also, there is not a shower/tub combo as it says in the VRBO description

Clean & well located, with easy access to the beach. The beach access right across the street is closed (looks like erosion issues) but turn left out of the building and it's a short walk to the old pier and Freeman Park beach area. Condo was an easy 2nd floor walk up. Parking was easy, either under the building or beside it. The balcony off the bedroom was great for morning coffee with a view of the water. Small washer/dryer was great to have as well.

Amazing experience, the house is lovely, clean, and exactly as it appears online. The view is beautiful from the porch. The bedroom, kitchen and bathrooms are beautifully decorated and spotless. Super close to the beach and pier, also a great pool my son enjoyed. Definitely would stay here again!

While this little home is in a great location, the listing fails to tell you that the beach access listed as “directly across the street” is closed. It wasn’t until after we booked that we were given this information, but it has been closed for months due to erosion. There are other beach accesses, but you have to walk a bit, and we specifically this booked this location because of the ease of beach access, as we were traveling with my handicapped mother. The home was mostly clean, but the shower was full of soap scum and the shower doors did not close, leading to water all over the floor. The floors were gritty upon arrival and it definitely needs some attention under the bed and the couch. Pulling out the sofa bed revealed dead bugs and scattered toys and dust and pet hair. All in all, we had a great time because there’s no such thing as a bad day at the beach. I would actually stay at this place again (although not with my handicapped mother) but I hope the cleaning crew will pay more attention to detail in the future… and I truly hope they fix the listing to reflect the closed beach access.
