WI47 Historic Charmer

House in Wilmington, North Carolina
Overview
New in our program, this home has many great reviews from past guests.
Historic charm meets modern updates in this downtown Wilmington beauty, just down the street from the Historic District and Riverwalk, lined with galleries, restaurants, and shops. Wrightsville Beach awaits around eight miles east if you're looking for something low-key. At home, start the day with coffee and end it with a cocktail at the patio table set into your private back yard. Inside, you'll find a fully updated space still bursting with original details, like hardwood floors, crown molding, and exposed brick in the kitchen. The chef will adore the bright space, with stainless steel appliances, sleek countertops, and a butcher block island. At mealtime, the kitchen opens directly to the dining room, or grab a bite in the inviting sunroom, with three walls of windows.
After a day at a downtown museum, shopping, or at the beach, come home to relax in the central AC. Stream the latest release or catch up on any lingering remote work at the desk before calling it a night in one of four well-appointed bedrooms. Another day of discovery - or just relaxing on the sand - awaits tomorrow.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful historic home. The location is fantastic, close to everything. The house was spotless, very comfortable, and full of charm. The beds were incredibly cozy and everyone slept great. The photos honestly don't do it justice. It’s even more stunning in person. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.
The renovated home is beautiful and the accommodations were splendid. We will stay there again.
Great old house with lots of charm.
The kitchen was well stocked, bathrooms are gorgeous. Very comfortable beds. There are no dressers and few hangers so difficult to unpack. Road noise from market street makes it difficult to sleep.
We loved the property. This was our first time staying in a historic home and certainly has charm. It was only a few minutes to downtown so that was a bonus. Loved having all of the bathrooms and the kitchen was beautiful. Cons- we needed to iron a shirt but could only locate ironing board. Lock passcode took 3-4 tries every time we needed to enter. The floor was dirty and turned out feet black unless we kept shoes on. It would have been nice if there were some books, games and puzzles to do while at home. These were mostly just small annoyances and the property met our needs. Regardless we enjoyed our stay.
David isn't my roommate took pictures if you want pictures I will try and send them to you but I really did love the house and hated to leave it it was so comfortable
