This home has FREE private parking! This riverside getaway is nestled in the Historic District, offering an extremely walkable locale to discover the city. Travel less than 20 minutes to Wrightsville Beach for days of fun in the sun. This condo offers an extremely walkable locale, nestled in the Historic District near eateries, shops, and attractions. Outdoor recreation abounds with kayaking, boating, hiking, fishing, and swimming all nearby.

Enjoy the fresh air on the private balcony, which boasts views of the Battleship North Carolina and partial views of the Cape Fear River. Inside, kick back on a sleeper sofa in the living area and watch your favorite shows on the 48-inch TV. The sparkling kitchen is appointed with a suite of appliances (except for a dishwasher), as well as all the necessary gadgets and plenty of cookware. Enjoy home-cooked meals at the three-person kitchen bar.

The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable bed and a 48-inch TV. The bathroom is outfitted with a tub/shower combination, plenty of plush towels, and a starter set of bath amenities. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living area.

Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Please note that Wilmington is undergoing improvements and street construction is happening in front of the building. (The street is currently closed.)

This unit is located on the second floor. Elevators are available. If traveling with a larger group, consider renting the next-door unit for more space.

I think the description has been updated, but we were misled to believe that there was a parking spot on site for guests staying in this condo. Because of the misinformation, our vehicle was almost towed, and it cost us $180. The parking we ended up using was the city parking garage two blocks away. With that said, the condo is in a wonderful location overlooking the water. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was a nice size with a large vanity space. We appreciated the water pressure in the shower as well. As one other guest commented, it does get a little noisy at night with noise from the street and entertainment at the restaurant behind the building.

Walkable to all things Downtown. Perfect size for a quick getaway.

The location is right on the river walk. Perfect view of the water and there are lots of restaurants near by. With all of the restaurants and pubs near by it can get noisy at night.

Only thing I liked about the home is the out side river and river walk view from balcony.

Apartment was very well stocked for cooking etc. Toilet was leaking onto the floor when flushed during our stay.

Condo was just right for us and our 7 year old twins. Right in the middle of everything - walkable to many restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, and the river walk. Everything was as described in the listing. Very please with our stay!
