Beautiful on the beach home! It provided what we needed for a trip there for my nephew's wedding. My only complaint is that no beach towels were provided for a house on the beach with direct access. Otherwise, the house was great for us!

The Sundowners has a beautiful oceanfront view with a large deck and nice outdoor furniture. The indoor furniture is old and has covers thrown on the couch. The beds are old and squeaky. The ceiling fans make noise. One of the toilets has a crack in it. The refrigerator doesn’t make ice, and anything toward the back of it freezes. The house is very outdated. The weekly price increase has been over $3000 since we first rented the house, and not a single improvement has been made. My family has stayed in this house for 8 years. We have stayed because it is oceanfront and in close proximity to the house where my extended family stays. Not a single thing has been changed or updated during these years. Two years ago, the oceanfront door rotted and fell off the hinges. From Wednesday on, it was boarded, and we couldn’t see the ocean. The owners didn’t offered any compensation for this. The door wasn’t replaced and still hasn’t been replaced. Longer bolts have just been used to secure it. The glass is also foggy in some places. Customer service was awful. I spoke to several people that barely spoke English, and it was impossible to speak with someone in the local office. I was told they were sorry they couldn’t help me several times. We will not be renting this house for next year. I have secured another house, with a local agency, for next year. Not worth the money or hassle!
