Owned by a family of five, Sandy Bottoms earned its name from the little ones who spent their days running in from the beach with sandy feet and endless smiles. Today, the home continues to provide the perfect setting for families to enjoy everything Topsail Island has to offer.

Inside, you'll find a bright and welcoming open-concept living space where the fully equipped kitchen flows seamlessly into the main gathering area, making it easy for everyone to stay connected whether preparing meals, sharing stories from the beach, or enjoying a family game night.
