Welcome to Surf Condo 721 - Beach Nut!

This charming ocean view retreat is in the heart of Surf City. Combining a fantastic location with beautiful coastal views and convenient community amenities, this second-floor condo is an ideal home base for your Topsail Island getaway.

One of the highlights of Beach-Nut is its private ocean view balcony, where you can take in beautiful views of the beach, enjoy the coastal breeze, and unwind to the sound of the waves. When you're ready to put your toes in the sand, private community beach access is just a short stroll from the condo.

The Surf Condos community offers plenty of ways to enjoy your time away from the beach as well. Spend the afternoon at the large outdoor community pool, relax on the spacious sun deck, or enjoy some shade beneath the gazebo. Guests also have access to a community fitness room, on-site laundry facility, outdoor showers, and gated parking lot.

Inside, Beach-Nut features a newly updated kitchen, one bedroom, and one-and-a-half bathrooms, with comfortable spaces for relaxing and gathering after a day in the sun. The condo accommodates up to six guests and also includes access to a downstairs storage closet for added convenience during your stay.

Best of all, you'll be conveniently located near the heart of Surf City. Explore the Surf City Pier, browse local shops and boutiques, pick up fresh seafood, or enjoy nearby restaurants—all while having the beach just steps from your door.

The condo was beautiful. We had everything we needed.! Location was impeccable. The pool was amazing. I got to walk on the beach every morning and watch the sunrise. Just a short walk out of the condo and up to the beach. I will definitely go back.

Clean and decorated so cute! Location and view were amazing! Loved sitting on the deck, sipping on coffee in the early morning while watching the ocean waves roll in. Overall our stay was really great but the lack of amenities and toiletries (ran out of clean towels, washcloths and ran close to gone with the toilet paper with no back up supply available) were disappointing.
