Overall size, and location made it enjoyable for our entire group

We rented this home due to its supposed amenities. Sadly the pool was dirty with decomposing frog bodies in the skimmer baskets and covered in algae with a torn liner. I messaged the rental company & the said someone would be out in the am. That was on Thursday, Friday morning the pool guy comes & dumps in chemicals stored it up turned on the water & left. We told him the pump wasn’t working & he said he’d tell someone. We notified the rental company & told them about the rotted deck board with a large hole. They said they would get it taken care of that was on Friday. The message said someone would be out. 5 hours later we still hadn’t had anyone show up or call us, so I sent another message. And was told to “wait a little longer”. Guess what no one showed up on Friday or Saturday. We checked out on Sunday without anyone ever correcting the issue nor even apologizing that we were not able to use the outside of the property because it was unsafe for us to use. I am beyond irritated that my family was treated so poorly. Vacasa should be ashamed of their poor customer service

This home was a wonderful place for our family vacation. Plenty of room, beautiful interior and exterior with a pool and minutes from the beach! There were a few minor things, but the overall experience made it difficult to complain about much! I would definitely recommend! 😊

This house has the potential to be extremely nice and probably was at one point. The outside of the house is poorly maintained. The back deck is in bad shape with rotten deck boards creating fall risk for kids. When we arrived the garage was full of trash and leaves. There was a birds nest in the garage indicating it had been open for quite some time. The floors were disgusting. I don't think they had been cleaned for months. There are stains in the ceiling and walls and evident places where the paint has been touched up to hide more stains. All that being said, we had a good week. The house is close to the beach and dining. The private pool is a plus.
