This delightfully decorated beach home built in 2011, boasts four oceanfront bedrooms all of which open onto one of two attached decks. If the views are not spectacular enough here, stroll down the private boardwalk to the three large decks at the dune. A private gazebo covers half, furnished with Adirondack chairs, ottomans, side tables, and a picnic table. Step down directly to the beach for walks, swimming, fishing, or combing the beach for shells, shark teeth, and other treasures. A convenient outdoor shower and sprayer to hose off sandy feet or cool down awaits.

The reverse floor plan has an open and airy top level with two sliders, vaulted ceilings, and nautical decor perfectly situated to socialize when cooking or dining, playing games, or simply enjoying the ocean breeze. The kitchen is well-equipped with a surplus of dishes, a wide array of pots and pans, stainless steel appliances, and everything you need to enjoy preparing and cooking meals. The granite island with stools provides ample room for gathering, eating, preparing food and drinks, or just hanging out with family and friends.

The main level has three bedrooms each with smart TVs with cable and access to your streaming accounts. Each of the two end bedrooms have full ensuite bathrooms.

My family and I had a wonderful time celebrating my birthday trip here! I especially enjoyed relaxing under the gazebo while watching the waves, coloring by the beach, and spending time on the swing—it was one of my favorite features. The outdoor seating was very comfortable, and my 4-year-old nephew had an absolute blast playing in the sand and ocean. It made for such a memorable family getaway. That said, there were a few aspects worth noting. The reverse floor plan wasn’t ideal for us, as it meant carrying groceries farther than usual and made it harder for my mother, who has limited mobility, to access the main living area due to the additional stairs. It also felt a bit awkward for guests upstairs to walk through the bottom-floor bedrooms to reach the beach. We also noticed some minor wear and tear, particularly around the outdoor areas and sliding doors, that could use attention. Lastly, the water pressure was on the weaker side and may need to be checked. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and the quality family time it provided. With a few updates, this place could be even more amazing!

This home accommodated our family of 8 perfectly. Kitchen was perfectly stocked with everything we needed. Host communication was fast and effective! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Party of 7. The house was everything we expected. Our beach week was rainy but we still had a great week. All four bedrooms are oceanfront, so that helped a lot. Would love to be back there this week.
