Convenient to the Beach , super Dog friendly with fenced yard , the elevator makes loading groceries and luggage simple, the kitchen has every utensil etc you could possibly think of. Attention to detail all around . This is a beauty of a home .

We had a wonderful time at Island Dreams! The house was spotless, and the thoughtful amenities made our stay even more enjoyable. We loved sitting on the porch where you can see the beach and hear the ocean, it was so relaxing. Most of our days were spent on the beach, which was never crowded, and we also enjoyed exploring the nearby restaurants, coffee shops, and ice cream spots, all within 15 minutes. The beds were very comfortable, and the house had plenty of beach chairs, games, and a well-stocked kitchen. Overall, Island Dreams was perfect for a beach getaway, and we’ll definitely be back!

We had an amazing Labor Day weekend getaway at Island Dreams North Topsail. The house is in the perfect location with views of the ocean and sound side. It's conveniently located to beach access making it easy to not only access the beach, but easily to go back and forth to house. The amenities are perfect with everything you need from kitchen utensils, to fun games, to comfortable beds. I will definitely stay at Island Dreams again! Highly recommend!

Home had everything we needed. Quiet street, very easy walk to the beach. Cute beachy decor. Clean linens, cozy comforters. We had a wonderful time!

We just had the most amazing week at the Island Dreams vacation home in North Topsail, NC! Usually, our adventures take us to the Caribbean, but this year, we discovered a slice of paradise right here, closer to home. This home is the most stocked vacation home we have ever rented. The kitchen had everything you could need, complete with towels, spices, dish detergent and dishwasher pods. There were plenty of beach towels, towel clips, and beach bags! The shed was stocked with beach chairs, beach wagons, sand toys, boogie boards, umbrellas and more! Not to mention, on arrival the property was clean. We really liked the ease of the Vacasa app and receiving the door code prior to arrival so there was no stopping to pick up keys or having to drop them off when we left. We indulged in the best week imaginable: no schedules, no work, just pure, unadulterated family time with glorious sunshine and a spectacular beach! Our evenings were filled with soaking in the sunsets from the deck and competitive games of UNO! We enjoyed dining locally at Beach Bum Pizza Bar & Grill and Sears Landing! Stopped by Topsail Steamer and picked up a customized bucket of seafood to have the most amazing seafood boil!! The Daily Grind was a great place for our local coffee fix! We spent one day off the beach exploring the island by visiting the Missiles and More Museum and the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue. The turtle rescue requires advance reservations and is worth visiting. It was truly the best vacation!
