The high pitched noise was still an issue as of 21Sep, but I heard it all over the building, hopefully St. Regis can address it soon. The condo was clean and the kitchen well stocked with cooking vessels/utensils. This room is directly across from an elevator which may be annoying in the busy season, but it was fine for a late September stay.

Vacasa customer service was first rate. The condo that we rented could not have been more perfect for our needs, and it exceeded our expectations. Would def recommend!

There was a recurring humming noise that was reported but not addressed during the stay. Bad enough that I needed to wear ear plus plus use background tv to drown it out so I could sleep. Otherwise, a pretty nice place that I would give a solid 3 stars to. Can’t do that when you need ear plugs to sleep.

Floors were dirty, the screen was completely torn away from the door going out to the balcony and was blowing in the wind. There is a loud intermittent ringing sound that goes on all day and night. In checking with the management company they said it has something to do with the elevator which is located right outside the door.
