As soon as we walked into the condo it reeked of cigarette smoke and with 2 young kids that aren’t around people that smoke this was a punch in the gut having my girls breath this in for a week. Needless to say not long after arriving we went to Walmart to find some air fresheners (The next day the I finally got a message from them saying they can bring some plug in refills and febreeze- which I had already bought myself). Also the sliding glass doors are old, the main one has packing tape essentially holding it together, so since it’s broken it doesn’t have a regular lock. The king mattress was very uncomfortable and every time you move the bed frame shakes. I could understand if the last renter smoked but the house keeper should’ve smelled that so a heads up would’ve been nice or some reimbursement since it was supposed to be smoke free. Pros- Parking is right where the steps are to the room. The kids room does have a tv so that was nice. I don’t think we will stay in this condo again.

I liked that the condo was close to our parking area as well as an easy walk right out to the beach. The condo was really nice, other than the sliding glass door In the Living room area needs repaired.

Pros: Beautiful condo, property had everything you could ask for, and condo had all amenities. Cons: Back deck was filthy food crumbs all over carpet, king size bed was awful!!

Loved the condo. It was very private being an end unit. Great view of ocean. Comfortable. Ice maker was a real plus! North Topsail is a nice quiet, family beach and we enjoyed it.

This property looks really cute in pictures, but what isn’t shared is the neighbor is a smoker and the cigarette smell gets carried through the duct work making the whole condo smell like an ash tray. They tried to use odor eliminator to solve the problem, but if you are not a smoker and have small kids it is not the property for you!

•the unit smells like cigarette smoke, especially when AC is on •living room sliding door is broken and not usable. Maintenance had to come out first night and literally “tape” it. •ceiling fans and bathroom vents were dusty and dirty. Housekeeping was called to come clean on our first night there. •back patio has a bird nest in it with bird poop piled all over the beach equipment. •oven burners have issues, they say they’re on when they’re off, and vice versa. When we arrived the circuit breaker was turned off for the stovetop.
