NTB3890 Moonshine

We went to Topsail with 2 other families and rented all of these connected houses. The best part was how very close to the beach it is. The teens loved the pool and hot tubs. We adults enjoyed the connected decks and walking through the houses when we were hanging out yet being able to close up for family time. The living area is quite small for 8 people, and this place sleeps 12...you would have to eat in shifts. There is only room for 6 at the table and 5 to watch TV. The shower heads were barely spitting water so I never got clean. The back door slider has no lock on it at all. The wifi router was completely non working. We texted and called upon check in with no response for hours. Finally someone came the next day and after much confusion on their part decided yes it is broken and to use the neighbors wifi. With so many people on it it was slow. We had people who had to work remotely and couldn't do all they needed to. We also had a guest that had so much trouble she used her entire family's data plan and they had to pay $25/day fir the remainder of the month. We continued to complain to Vacasa and kept getting "we're sorry, we are in contact with the local office". Nothing was fixed by the time we checked out.

Ease to to pool and beach

This house is amazing Wake up every day to a beautiful view of the ocean Walk down the steps past the pool and you are on the beach This house is perfect for your own family getaway or for a larger group since it is part of a triplex The house is beautifully furnished has it39s own hot tub and shares the pool with the other 2 houses We loved every thing about it and will definitely go back This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

My family and I stayed at 3890 Island Drive in Topsail Beach for a long weekend and we didn39t want to leave The location is everything just steps from a sprawling quiet beach It reminded me of the beaches at the Outer Banks but a LOT easier and faster to get to The pool was a perfect place to lounge in between beach time and was a great depth for young swimmers The house was adorably furnished with beachthemed pieces and had everything we needed for meal prep dining playing games and relaxing The full wall of windows from the third floor living space provided an incredible view I especially loved drinking my morning coffee on the 3rd floor balcony while listening to the sound of the waves crashing and watching the sunrise Pure bliss There were more rooms and beds than my family needed so needless to say we had plenty of space to spread out and be comfortable The outdoor shower on the second floor was also a huge bonus for transitioning from beach or pool to inside One of the coolest features of all is the ability to connect all three units from inside the living rooms and from the third story balconies This house would be an ideal place for a large family to enjoy This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.
