NTB0104 Swallows Nest

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful beach house in North Topsail Beach! The views were absolutely stunning-sunsets from the deck were unforgettable and made every evening feel magical. The house has a wonderful sense of seclusion, which made it feel like our own private escape, yet it's still close enough to everything you'd need. Inside, the open floor plan was perfect for our group. There was plenty of comfy seating for relaxing together and enjoying movie nights, and the spacious layout made it easy for everyone to feel connected without feeling crowded. There were also plenty of beds to comfortably accommodate all the ladies in our group-no one was stuck on a couch or in a cramped space. Whether you're planning a girls trip like we did, or just looking for a great place to gather with family or friends, this house checks all the boxes. We’ll definitely be back!

Great location close to the beach. Ocean views were awesome. If you have anyone staying in the top floor “crows nest” just know it’s open to all floors of the rest of the house and has no door. It’s also extremely bright up there no blinds or curtains. The hot tub is a nice bonus. Bring extra pillows and blankets if you have a full house. We would stay there again.

We recently stayed at this beach house and can confidently say the best part of it is the location—it’s just a very short and easy walk to the beach, which made our days incredibly convenient and enjoyable. The porch decks were also a highlight, offering lovely views of the ocean and a great place to relax. That said, the house could use some general maintenance and attention. When we arrived, the floors didn’t feel clean, the kitchen table was sticky, and we were surprised to find a bug under one of the bed pillows. The furniture is quite worn—especially the couch, which is so saggy that shorter guests had to crane their necks to see the TV comfortably. The beds could use a refresh as well. The kitchen has the basics, but a set of sharper knives would go a long way. We also noticed that the landscaping around the house needs some upkeep—especially the weeds growing around the back stairs. Overall, we loved being so close to the beach and appreciated the great views, but with a little extra care and updating, this home could be a truly fantastic rental.

What a wonderful home and perfectly located within steps to the beach. Our stay was filled with lots of laughter, sun, sand, and memories made. We loved the big kitchen table that we were able to play games on and all sit to eat at. The decks showcased amazing views of the entire island. We would love to stay here again! Hopefully next year ❤️
