Loved the location. Close to the beach. Swimming pool and hot tub a bonus! Lots of room for our family. The elevator was great when u didn't want to walk up 3 floors of steps! We had a great time.

Our family of 21 (17 adults and 5 children) stayed August 16-23. We enjoyed family time, the beach, and the pool! The home is in a great location if you are looking to relax and play on the beach! The home is a great size and offers some nice amenities but maintenance is needed! The patio door in the game room does not slide well. The Hot tub and pool area had a lot of sand. The ice makers were needing to be defrosted in order to work. Broken cupboard door in the kitchen. Dishwasher didn’t clean well. Carpets need replacing. Amenities were good but could have been better. The WiFi was bad. There was no bottle opener, the can opener was broke, no chalk for the pool cues, the mattresses on the bunk beds were uncomfortable and not good quality. It would have been nice to have some beach towels for use as well. Limited household items such as dishwashing soap, paper towels, trash bags TP, kitchen towels, no kitchen washcloths, are provided. This is fine if you are driving to the beach but we flew in from another state so we had to purchase a lot of things and then had to leave them at the house when we left. Overall the home was the perfect size for our large family and the sleeping arrangements. We enjoyed our stay, and the price was right compared to other homes available.

We ended up in this house after our original house was not available. Based on reviews, that does not seem unusual. While we were grateful to have a house that (mostly) met our needs, and for a substantial savings,we were concerned about a lack of maintenance in several areas. The boards on the boardwalk to the beach are on the verge of snapping. There are several that are loose and extremely loose and bowed when you walk on them. For sure a safety hazard. There was no cold water in the outside shower which meant it was scalding hot at all times. In addition, the shower door does not close all the way and the handle came off in my hand with rusty screws falling out. Several rusty screws were found on the pool deck and the other decks. The mattress in the smaller bunk room on the bottom was not good -- squeaky and not flat. Hot water in the house did not last for more than a few showers which was dicey in a house with 8 bedrooms. Overall, we had a great stay and were grateful to have a house to stay in after our original house had electrical problems. Management was responsive. The king beds were comfortable and the bathrooms, while needing some updating, were adequate. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking.

The house house is wonderful. Some maintenance is highly recommended especially the water facets around the pool. It would lower the amount of sand being tracked in. But thank you for the use of your home. PS little to no hot water on floors 2 and 3 during the mid day but worked well at late evenings.

We were thankful to have a house on the ocean after several interactions with staff. 4 days prior to arrival our house was switched to a house of the staffing choice, when asking for similar properties the amenities were different. The day before arrive our house was switched again! I had to speak to managers to get a house remotely similar to our original booking. Upon arrival we were happy that the house provided linens, some of the white towels had pink stains, but that was okay because they were provided. The kitchen was stocked very well. Once we went to shower we realized that the water was not turned on and there was only hot water for one room of the house. It took 4 days to get hot water. The hot-tub was green and never cleared up. Additionally, the outside shower never worked. Staff required someone to be at the house when people worked the first day it was nice to get a 10 minute notification but after that it was a two hour time allotment, meaning someone always had to be there and we had to change our plans.
