Condo was adequate but either they forgot to clean the unit or it was poorly. cleaned. The bathroom was not cleaned, floors were full of sand and crumbs and there were dirty stained sheets on the bed that were also full of sand.

I went through Marriott Bonvoy Homes and Villas app to book my stay and was surprised to see that the final price was a lot more than I was quoted for the fee per night. With the fees and additional charges and cleaning fees, which you basically clean for them, it was a total of 43% more than I was quoted for the stay per night. With that said, the access to the beach was perfect, but the condition of the master bedroom is not to the standard of a Marriott property. The master bed needs to be replaced, the shower door in the master bathroom has mildew on it, and the bathroom is very small. The paper products provided for this stay based on the price are not to standards of a Marriott property (cheap products). For the price of this stay per night with the fees that were not properly stated in the app, I feel you would be better choosing another vacation rental property.

Loved being oceanfront. The condo was well equipped

The condo definitely could use some updates and a deep cleaning of the bathrooms. The refrigerator was rusty on the outside. Condo needs attention to detail. We enjoyed our stay for the most part. View of the ocean was fair.

This is a nice, spacious, clean and comfortable unit. The unit is so convenient to the beach and has a decent ocean view. The recliners and sofa were comfortable. The kitchen was pretty well stocked with all the basic needs. It could’ve had more closets and maybe a bigger TV but we still enjoyed our time here.

House was clean and easy walk to beach.
