This property does not have designated smoking areas so although you book a non-smoking unit others are allowed to smoke on the balconies around you. This unit could use a deep cleaning. Cleaning staff need to check if dishes are clean. High tide reaches the dunes so there is very little to no beach area at all times.

Topsail Dunes 1211 was wonderful. Just my wife and I on this beach trip and the unit was well equipped and nicely furnished. The beach access was super close and the view from the balcony was wonderful. We really enjoyed the trip.
