We loved the outdoor shower and having two places to rinse our feet when we came back front the beach.

Loved the beachfront access! Very nice deck furniture! Furniture and beds comfortable.

This was a wonderful house for our group of 6. Beautifully decorated, very comfortable, and you can't beat the easy access to the beach. I was originally worried about being close to the pier, but it was not an issue at all. Beach was not crowded. Hope to be back soon!

Overall Experience: The home’s oceanfront location and incredible views were standout features. Beds were comfortable. Deck furniture was high quality, and the house came stocked with towels, linens, beach umbrellas, and chairs. It’s close to our favorite local spots like Splash by the Sea and SeaView Pier. Cleanliness (3/5): Kitchen, bathrooms, and living area were clean, but trash was left under beds in 3 of 4 bedrooms, and there was garbage in the outdoor trash can. Some walls needed wiping down, particularly on the stairway. Property Condition (3/5): The home was nicely furnished, and the beds were comfortable, but photos online don’t quite match the current appearance. Several maintenance and safety concerns included: • Top floor master bedroom’s deck was completely blocked off. • A lifted board on the oceanfront deck posed a tripping hazard. • Sliding glass door in the oceanfront bedroom was difficult to use. • The mid-level (with 3 bedrooms) was significantly hotter than the top floor despite similar thermostat settings; fans provided little relief and made sleep uncomfortable. • The air hockey table was unusable due to missing pucks and weak air output which was a disappointment, as it was a key amenity the kids in our group were excited about. • The Keurig malfunctioned frequently and required constant adjustments. • The dishwasher broke twice, flooding the kitchen both times, and Vacasa only responded once, never resolving the issue. Water had to be shut off and items hand-washed. Several loads of laundry had to be done to wash the towels used to clean up the flooding. • The kitchen lacked enough forks for a group of 9. Guest Service (2/5): Vacasa responded to initial texts but failed to follow through on resolving any of the reported issues. The technician sent to check the dishwasher was friendly and tried to help with the temperature and sliding door, but ultimately none of the problems were resolved during our stay. WiFi: Worked most of the time, though it was out for a full day. Resetting the modem manually fixed it. Final Thoughts: Despite the problems with the house itself, we had a very enjoyable vacation. Being right on the beach and soaking in the beauty of the island were our priorities, and those aspects did not disappoint. We didn’t let the issues with the house/Vacasa get in the way of a great trip, and we would still recommend the location for its incredible setting and overall experience.

A little smaller than the pictures portrayed but we cant wait to stay again. Lots of amenities, very clean. The deck chairs were great.
