Guests frequently praised the home for being very clean, well kept, and larger than expected. The location stands out for easy beach access, a peaceful and somewhat private setting, and convenient access to nearby shops and public areas. Guests also loved the spectacular ocean views from the decks, dining area, and bedrooms. The kitchen was repeatedly appreciated for being well stocked, modern, and easy to use for family meals, and guests also enjoyed features such as ample parking, comfortable seating, and a hot tub.

Enjoy this private stretch of North Topsail Beach in a 2,800 sq. ft. oceanfront home, extensively remodeled in 2023. The five bedrooms, four bathrooms, and large living space will accommodate large families and groups comfortably. The first floor has three bedrooms, each with oceanfront beach deck access and cable television. Two lovely main bedrooms each feature two-person tubs and separate showers. The third bedroom has a TV and an attached bathroom with a tub/shower. The second floor's two bedrooms share a full bathroom with a shower. Also on the second floor, you find an expansive living space with breathtaking views of the ocean and Intracoastal Waterway. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, beverage cooler, and dishwasher. There is a large dining table and a breakfast bar - you will have plenty of room for all to share delicious meals. Challenge your friends and family to a friendly game of cards or puzzle building at the game table. One of the sofas in the living area is a sleeper sofa. Enjoy your favorite TV show or a long-awaited movie on the 55' TV. The house includes a washer/dryer, an enclosed outside shower with hot and cold water, a fish sink and cleaning station, and a 10'x10' sun deck with benches on the walkway to the ocean.

Roomy & comfortable on a beautiful beach! This one checks all the boxes: generous-sized bedrooms, large kitchen with lots of storage and extra fridges, a big roomy dining table for the whole family, and endless ocean views. The house is at the end of the row; with no neighbors on one side the beach feels even more private. This was the perfect house for our 2 families (7 people total).

We loved the view from the top deck! The house was very spacious and bigger than what it looked like in the pictures. Lots of space for our family of 6 adults and 2 kids. It was very clean, and would come back again!

I highly recommend straying away from booking this property / rental company. Hours before checking in we were notified that the hot tub ( main reason we booked this specific house) would not be of use during our stay due to it not working while being “cleaned”. When trying to figure out a solution to this issue, the customer “care” team gas lit me into stating they were “working” on the issue. We waited two hours before checking in (4) to see if the issue where to be resolved as we paid a lot of money and were super disappointed that the only amenity they did have would not be to our use, it was not fixed, looked at. We got a whooping $40 refund for the “inconvenience “. Entering the home, it was not clean. Stains on the sheets, dead bugs/bug feces, missing floor parts and mold. The only decent thing about this home was the view of the ocean. I know for future trips, I will never book via Vacasa again.
