Pros: -Super clean upon arrival -Lots of beach chairs, Boogie boards, and sand toys for the beach -Super quiet Great location Beds were comfortable Cons: -Just a broom to clean floors, which can be hard with all the sand -Found 4 roaches through our stay I had to kill -Wifi was slow -Lots of steep stairs with no gates if you have little kiddos like us it can be an issue -If you get offered a late checkout you have to accept it quick or it'll go away and won't be offered anymore. (Probably more of a Vacasa issue) -Curtains covering the sliding glass door in the ocean facing bedrooms do not block any of the sun so you'll have to put blankets up as well to block out that morning sun.

Great ocean view from bedroom , private decks, great space for family of 6.decorated so beachy with vacation vibes.

Spacious and comfortable. View of ocean from the deck is delightful and refreshing.

We had a great time on vacation! Pros: - Very comfortable mattresses! - Great views-- 3 beach balconies, one on main floor and one in each master bedroom. There's also another balcony facing parking lot off the kitchen, and a large porch as well. All balconies had plenty of seating. - Great and easy access to the beach. Beach was clean and not too crowded. - The pool was lovely. Big and had both shallow (2-3ft) and deep (6ft) end. It did get crowded at times but not too bad. - Kitchen was large and had almost everything we needed for cooking. Table had room for 6 and a few more stools at the counter so we always had enough room to eat. Ceilings are high and it felt like a lot of space. - Bathrooms were large with plenty of space. - There was a lot of helpful "extras" around, like hand soaps, laundry/dish detergent, a laundry basket, dish soap, sponges, etc. - Enough parking for 3 cars, 2 under the unit and one in a close parking lot. Cons: - Place definitely could have been cleaner, especially the floors. There was also sand in one of the kid beds. - The couches in the living room are on their last legs. - This place has a lot of stairs. 1 flight to get in the place, another flight to get to the main floor, and then a third flight to one of the bedrooms. There's also stairs to get to the beach. Not an issue for us but something to consider for people with mobility issues.

The House was ina perfect location. Its in a quiet part of the island so the beach wasn't crowded. The parking was plentiful with the extra lot and the house was excellent. We really loved that the house had 3 floors and all of them had some time of ocean view,.

We absolutely loved this condo and the location is spot on! We had a baby sea turtles nest directly below us and they HATCHED while we were there! Amazing! We saw dolphins too! The sunrise was gorgeous, the full moon was spectacular. Especially since it was a harvest moon. Despite the tropical storm our first few days, we were nit disappointed one bit! This would be our absolute go to place if pets were allowed as we'd love to bring our girl. We would consider buying this condo! You won't be disappointed! Even all the steps were doable and we all have horrible knees. Thank you so much!
