Guests will also enjoy the convenience of a private washer and dryer during their stay. The condo is located on the second floor and is easily accessible via elevator.

NOTE: There is NO on-site parking available. Guests may use the adjacent paid parking lot, a paid parking deck located two blocks away, or metered parking nearby. Street parking is free on Sundays.

Location and cleanliness was great. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly neighbors. But the view of the Battleship directly across from the room was my favorite. I hope to rent this room again soon.

The title sums it up! Very comfortable accomodations...surprisingly spacious. Sitting on the balcony and seeing the Cape Fear River in your immediate view and seeing the USS-NC Battleship directly in front of you...amazing. Great location...so much to do nearby. Great deal. I'm so glad we stayed here!
