Great place to stay. Everything was wonderful!

This house is beautiful and in a great location. It has many amenities you need when away from home, as well as lots of living space.

If you're a boater this is the spot for you! Location is perfect for accessing the channel and the dock is very and the sunsets are amazing. Beautiful decor inside. Outside shower was my favorite.

We had such a great week at this place! The location is amazing — the ocean is literally just 4 houses away, so it only took a minute or two to walk over for a swim or to catch the sunrise. Out back, the house sits right on the canal, which was perfect for paddleboarding and swimming right off the dock. One morning we even saw porpoises in the sound — seriously cool! The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. We loved going on bike rides and evening walks. It felt really safe and relaxing the whole time. The house itself was super comfortable and had everything we needed for the week. The furniture and decor felt updated and fresh, and the kitchen had all the basics. It was really easy to settle in and feel at home. Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for a chill, waterfront getaway. We didn’t want to leave!

Very disappointed with Vacasa as property managers. We paid nearly $3,000 for a four night vacation, and the air conditioning unit was not working for two of those days. Not anyone’s fault, but very poor customer service resurrecting the issue. I had to reach out to the property manager several times to get any sort of update of when the unit would be fixed, and there was no offer to provide a discount, reimbursement, or move us to a different property despite me telling them it was 89 degrees in the home & we had two young children with us. I have inquired several times on a refund status for those two days, and no one is getting back to me…won’t be going through Vacasa again for our annual Topsail vacation.
