CB23 Beach Haven

Stay was great, our place was just as described in ad description. Parking tight in building but parked in outside lot after first day with no issues.

The location was great to beach and boardwalk, however; the seawitch plays live music every night until midnight. We could hear individual conversations it was so loud from both bedrooms. The furnishings were extremely cheap and worn and showers had issues. Unit was very clean but no dishwasher and very tight on living space. Only room for two people to watch tv or have a meal. Not a good fit for our trip.

Location. Beach & boardwalk a plus....Noise at night from the local restaurant (Not boardwalk) ...not so great. Could be cleaner...ask for a deep clean before you arrive. Bring your own linens unless they get theirs commercially cleaned. The value for money was okay but cleanliness is critical.

Beautiful unit. A/c worked well for the hot week we went and the rooms were great and spacious just hated the pool was right in front of the balcony. No real privacy during pool hours bc people are right by your balcony practically. Didn't like WiFi was turned off an hour prior to check out and that only 4 rolls of toilet paper were provided for a 7 day stay. Location of property is great and near everything. Not our first stay there but first stay at this unit and with vacasa..did not like vacasa would not even attempt to let me check in early even though unit was cleaned and ready !

Oceanfront! Right in center of it all. Boardwalk stores , rides, food everywhere, no car needed! Make sure you get Britts doughnuts 🤗

Apartment was very nice. Very clean and fully stocked.It was perfect for 4-5 people. I would rent the same room again! Oh, the ocean views were gorgeous!
