SC1515 Sunshine on Easy Street

House was cute and had good location.

The house worked out great for my family. It was clean, with nice deck furniture. Just a block from the beach.

This home was a wonderful place for our family to stay on our week-long vacation. It was very clean, comfortable, well stocked with amenities that made it the perfect home for us! The host provided a few extras that made it easy to immediately begin our vacation instead of having to go to the store first like toilet paper hand soaps for each bathroom, dish soap, and trash bags already in the trash cans. In addition, the linens were already on the beds and towels folded and ready to go. The kitchen had all we needed for cooking in, and plenty of comfortable seating space in the living, dining and porch areas where we often all gathered for visiting and games. Such a wonderful stay—thank you to our host and Vacasa for helping make this a great vacation!!

Was so great to get there to fresh linens, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher, and detergent. First night was so great to relax and not have to go to the store because you had taken care of everything! Thank you so much – till next year!

It is difficult to put into words just how grateful I am to have discovered Sunshine on Easy Street in Surf City. From the moment we arrived, this charming home exceeded every expectation and offered us an unforgettable coastal escape. First, the location — perfection. Just one quiet street away from the beach, it allowed us to greet the waves each morning and return home with ease after sun-soaked afternoons. The convenience alone elevated our entire trip. Inside, the home itself was wonderfully spacious — my friends and I felt entirely at ease, with ample room to relax, laugh, and make lasting memories. The fully equipped kitchen became the heart of our stay; we cooked, shared meals, and appreciated that every utensil and appliance we could need was thoughtfully provided. One of my favorite rituals became breakfast on the beautifully decorated patio — a tranquil, sun-dappled space that invited lingering conversation and quiet moments alike. The attention to detail here did not go unnoticed; it added an undeniable warmth and charm. Finally, the outdoor shower downstairs was a brilliant touch — perfect for rinsing off after long beach days, ensuring the comfort of the indoor spaces remained pristine. I cannot thank the hosts enough for providing such a welcoming, well-appointed home. Sunshine on Easy Street truly made our visit to Surf City extraordinary. I am already dreaming of returning.
