Cleanliness was highlighted repeatedly, with many guests describing the unit as very clean and spotless. The property is especially appreciated for its excellent location, with an easy short walk to the beach and convenient access that makes beach trips simple. Guests also enjoyed lovely ocean and marsh views from the patio, balcony, and kitchen area, along with beautiful sunrise and sunset scenery. Repeatedly appreciated features include the pool, elevator, parking, provided linens, and a well-stocked kitchen that supported a comfortable stay.

Small and quiet. Nice for a weekend trip!

Overall, the rental was okay. The cleanliness was my biggest issue. There were used sponges under the sink, the pillows smelled like hairspray, there was no broom. The balcony on the back was loose in some places. It is not a place I would utilize again for a week long stay but could suffice for a weekend or a single person or couple traveling. The pool was a great amenity & honestly saved the trip.

Ease of check in and check out, and The views and distance to beach were good. Plenty of towels, and the appliances worked. Beds were comfortable. Pots and pans were not in good condition or possibly safe to cook on. NOTE: There is no iron or ironing board so plan accordingly.

I really enjoyed our room it was very clean and hospitable. The floors would turn your skin black with dirt. I had to wear socks or shoes the hole time. Other than that great room.
