Great place, close to the beach, and nice pool, but blonde security guard stuck a hard sticker to get off our window cause we forgot to put the the parking pass in the widow and that sticker took forever to get off

Enjoyed the condo. Very cozy and well appointed. Location was great away from most of the high traffic areas. Beach path was well defined. Pool was well maintained. Appropriate amount of texts to ensure door code and such. All good.

This super cute 3rd floor beach condo, with no elevator, is not toddler or 8 month pregnant mom friendly. Our family has vacationed in the Emerald Isle-Atlantic Beach area for over 30 years. My daughter found this condo for a last minute beach getaway. She and my 3yr old granddaughter stayed in the room with the two beds. There was sand on the bedding of the full bed, and the sheet underneath was dirty. She found a bag of clean sheets in a closet though. The ceiling fan didn’t work in that room. She would’ve brought her small fan if she’d known. The three flights of stairs to our condo, and 1/4 mile hike to the beach, which required navigating a wooden walkway with three areas of 4 steps, was not toddler and beach gear friendly.
