Hi, this was my first time renting with Vacasa and I unfortunately have to say it was not the experience I was hoping for. I'm not sure if we were the first guests at this property or not but there are a list of things that definitely could have been better. We ended up throwing away about half of our groceries. - Pink bathroom shower does not get hot water - Had to connect the propane tank to the grill to use it - Hot tub jets would not turn off when we were done using it - Hot tub was not full of enough water for jets to not squirt all over the place - Entire deck was covered in green pollen, should have been cleaned off before our check in. Made staying on the deck unpleasant - Listing advertised adult bikes, they were nowhere to be found. - Refrigerator did not get cold Handyman dropped off ice for fridge and it melted all over the fridge and didn’t keep anything cold - We tried to use plates and they were dirty - Pink room bedroom door does not shut all the way - Adjustable beds did not work when we had to sleep on them the first night, set to upright position before they were addressed - Front door of the house lock was very hard to secure, we had to lift the whole door up to get it to lock and to be secure - Kitchen cabinet was nasty (one for sheet pans) - Ice maker in freezer didn’t work (we were told it did) -,Front exterior door and exterior door in blue bathroom were unlocked the whole time before we entered - Lattice door code never works, key for the lock is a struggle to open each time, should be replaced with regular doorknob that functions easily if keys are provided
