The amenities at the facility were fun - pools, hot tubs, beach access, mini-golf, shuffleboard.

The property on the outside is so beautiful! Great beach access! Our room was beyond filthy. Hair in utensils draws. More than one. Baseboards nasty, hair all over. Within minutes of being in the home kicking off shows, feet black! Dishwasher was not usable. Bedding old, the type of comforter you know it was not washed. Ceilings. Ceiling fans caked in dust in dirt. Nothing was clean. Roaches. My accommodation was a 105 cleaning fee and booking fee back. I am highly disappointed as this was my only vacay in two years, a weekend, and no place to rest or be comfortable. I totally lost my Money.

We stay here every year for the amenities. It’s amazing for people with children, and right on the beach too.

Our family loves to stay at this place! The amenities are literally the best! Love the beach access! The people who work at “A Place at the Beach” are SO helpful and super sweet!

The place was dirty when we arrived no one moved furniture to clean or sweep .

This room desperately needs to be upgraded. The toilet in the master bathroom was slow to flush. The tub stained. There were stains in the master bedroom ceiling from dirt or whatever gross stuff comes out of the air vent. There was about a 2 inch space between the counter and refrigerator that had so much crap on the floor that looks like it had never been cleaned. The blinds in the living room were cracked or had some missing. One window had no blind at all. The screen on another window was shredded. There was dirt in the sliding door track. The wifi kept asking to reconnect and was extremely slow. I have stayed in other units, and have never had this issue. It was nice to have a table on the deck area. And the drying rack was useful.
