Love these units and the location. This one needs a little bit of attention to be perfect

Nice unit with beautiful views. A great place to gather with family. Very comfortable and well-stocked kitchen. Living room/dining area isn't large, but we made it work with no problem and enjoyed eating at the table on the deck. Nice neighborhood with shaded pools. Weren't able to use the pools this time of year but look forward to returning in the summer!

This is a spacious unit nestled in a mature Maritime forest. The ocean views were beautiful. Our party of 6 adults had plenty of room to spread. Group gatherings and meals were sometimes cramped. It was nice having indoor and outdoor eating options. If your party likes to cook or eats in a lot, be advised: an elevator (not available to renters) has transformed most of the kitchen into a single person zone. The entrance and exit lane is narrow. Also, if your party has physical issues, there are lots of stairs, indoors and outdoors. The walkways through the lovely forest have many steps, and level changes. We could not use our beach cart to reach the sand. Tip: If you use the helpful beach canopy, don't unzip the bag to the end of the zipper. The beach environment makes the zipper hard to start when closing. Soap rubbed on the teeth and zipper pull helped.

We have stayed in this unit before and found it comfortable. This year we had no TV in the living room for 4 days. Despite daily calls to management, no solution to this problem was reached until the 4th day when they brought in a new TV for our use, smaller than the regular TV. Another problem is this unit sleeps 10 but the dining room bench seat barely takes three adults and only 4 chairs are available. This makes seating for 7. The same is true for the deck table. A bigger dining table should replace what's there.
