We have stayed in several Sands Villa units, and this one is the best use of the space we have seen. The kitchen is gorgeous, and the bathrooms are fantastic. The king bed was so comfortable!! Only suggestion is lamps are needed in the master. We would definitely stay here again!

We’ve stayed at Sands Villa many times. This unit is up there with the best. It’s clean, upgraded and well equipped with everything a visitor needs. We really liked the location. It’s high enough to see the beach clearly and it’s on the end of the building close to the elevators, the pool and the boardwalk to the beach. Checkout in and out was a breeze, and the Vacasa rep was efficient and friendly.

The location and condo are very nice. Although the building is a bit worn The condo is nicely updated. The floors are hard to keep clean and a swiffer would be helpful. The code to the outdoor restroom would be helpful information if available. Nice beach with surprisingly gentle waves. Space was perfect for 5 adults. We enjoyed our stay!
