MC03 White Oak

Our family was in town with our three dogs for my daughter's wedding and the homes and overall property were thoroughly enjoyed by all (inc. those with 4 legs)!

We just had the best family vacation at The White Oak! It truly is a perfect blend of peaceful waterfront getaway with easy access to the area's hotspots. The Homes: Not only were each of the homes impeccably clean, but they were also incredibly well-stocked for serious cooking—we easily prepared family dinners every night. The Property: The outdoor space is what sets this rental apart. It’s a wide, open, and incredibly safe haven for kids and our pups to run and explore. Our toddlers adored the little private beach area for splashing! The private dock was an absolute highlight for watching the stunning sunsets, though honestly, every view is postcard-worthy. Pure Relaxation: The massive shade trees offered such a cool, comfortable spot for an afternoon hammock read. We loved our routine: winding down with a glass of wine and dinner on the porch, followed by lighting the fire pit overlooking the water. Bottom Line: If you want a quiet, waterfront retreat that is still just a short, easy drive to downtown Morehead City & Beaufort, you must book The White Oak! We're already daydreaming about the next time we can visit!

Our family loved this property, the amenities, beach and pier all available for our use. This property's setting is stunning, sitting high on a bluff overlooking Bogue Sound. The 3 homes were well equipped and comfortable for everyone. Our only complaint is with the property management company that offered zero support and understanding in a time of need.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at White Oaks. Celebrated 3 birthdays youngest turned 21 and the oldest 90!! The homes were well appointed with everything we needed. Many rarely left the property, enjoying the private beach, breezes off the sound and shade from the lovely trees. While others visited local attractions, restaurants and of course the beach. It was a perfect property for our multi generational family and would love to do it all over again.

Our family group enjoyed the sunsets and sunrises over the water on the sound. A wonderful highlight for Morehead City! This location is sculeded, but not that you are far from many restaurants and activities. The beds are comfortable. The Kitchens are stocked. The garage has all sorts of beach and ocean toys to use, even assorted watershoes in case you forget your own. Easy shell hunting, and fishing on your own beach! It was a wonderful relaxing location, and we had wonderful weather even in late October.

We loved staying at this beautiful, one of a kind waterfront property. The views of the sound are amazing, the trees are gorgeous, and most importantly for us there was plenty of space for our kids to run around outside. The houses had everything we needed for our stay - and very comfortable beds! Highly recommend this peaceful spot for a vacation.
