A Place At The Beach offers extensive amenities and one of the best family getaways imaginable - there's practically no reason to ever leave the resort grounds!

Can't you just see the excitement on your children's faces as they approach the outdoor swimming pool and water slide or the nine-hole putt-putt golf course? Don't forget about the hot tub, the shuffleboard, the tennis and basketball courts, the game room, and the gas grills. There's even an indoor pool should the rain ever decide to move in. Ready to hit the beach? You can follow the walkway to the beautiful, white sand of the Crystal Coast and ride the waves, soak up the sun, or collect seashells.

This nice, updated condo is located on the first-floor side of Building L. Amenities include a private balcony, a galley kitchen with a dishwasher, two TVs, free WiFi throughout, and on-site laundry facilities.

We did not spend a lot of time in the room but it got the job done. Furniture and appliances are old but usable.

I've stayed in many condos at APATB and I find all the condos seem to be outdated with peeling backsplashes, very old appliances and cookware, furniture, etc. This one is no exception. For the convince and price I don't mind it. Maybe update your pots and pans though as they're very very old and everything stuck to them. This condo is very close to the laundry and outdoor hot tub which is nice. Not much shelf l/pantry space for food

We loved our stay here! The building is definitely old but they have done a great job keeping what they could updated. It was clean and perfect for us! The outdoor pool was a little dirty in my opinion but it's probably hard to keep it clean with so many people using it. I loved how they have the outdoor cabana thing. I loved how they have special events although the food truck left earlier than they stated every time it was there so we never got to enjoy that. The wifi was kind of annoying, every time you left the property and came back, you had to sign in again instead of automatically being connected. Likewise if you were on the property for a while, it would randomly drop and make you sign in again.
