Prepare to be charmed by this inviting dog- and family-friendly cottage, just a few minutes' walk from the beach, shopping, dining, and other attractions. Mini-golf, Fort Macon State Park, golf courses, and the North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores are all an easy drive away.
At home, start the day with coffee on your cozy front patio, then step inside to make some breakfast in the full kitchen. Throughout the home, you'll find coastal decor and lots of space to spread out, including a fully enclosed sunroom, a living room, and a family room with a TV and comfy leather furnishings. After a day on the sand, relax at home in the central AC while you pop in a DVD or watch some free cable. Use the WiFi to upload the day's pics to social media, then host a family cookout on the gas grill. Drift off to sleep in either well-appointed bedroom - another dreamy beach day awaits tomorrow.
All reservations are offered to purchase travel insurance for an additional 7.75% of your rent and taxes. Please refer to the rental agreement you will be signing to accept or decline this coverage as your refund in the time of cancellation will be dependent on your acceptance in most situations. All guests must sign and return a rental agreement before reservations are confirmed. Payment for travel insurance, if accepted, will be processed upon receipt of this signed agreement.
Standard cancellation policy is: CANCELLATION POLICY and SUBSTITUTIONS - Any changes, including changing dates, switching of properties, or complete cancellations will invoke the cancellation policy. Agent recommends all Renters purchase travel insurance offered at time of booking to protect them in the event of an unexpected event affecting their vacation. Agent cannot offer future credits or immediate refunds for unexpected cancellations due to emergencies regardless of the situation, including but not limited to weather events and acts of God, unexpected illnesses, injury or death, changing of plans, or job loss. Please do not ask. All cancellations are subject to a fifty dollar ($50.00) cancellation fee. Cancellations must be submitted to Agent in writing (email is acceptable). In the event of cancellation, no refund of monies paid will be made unless the Property is re-rented for the same price and time period of this original vacation rental agreement. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental rates in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.

We have grown to love this cute little house. It is very close walk to beach, Shark Shack and the Circle. Now that the owners have this house up for sale, we will miss staying there
The small town feel of the small cottage we stayed in with walks on the beach and the hospitality of North Carolina can’t wait to greet you. The beach is fantastic! The bookstore in town - amazing.
The house was nice and close to the beach. It met our needs for the week we were there. It did not have all the amenities listed in the posting which was disappointing. The biggest set back was the washer was broken the entire week of our stay which was the biggest inconvenience.
We loved how cozy the house was. Short walking distance to the beach was so nice. Very close to shopping centers and restaurants too. We all had a wonderful time!
The biggest plus to this place was the location, not to far from beach, shops, etc, house was clean, but had crickets inside and out, could hear them all night long also, main bed was kinda hard, furniture could be updated. There was no toaster either. Lawn care company had blowed grass all over our car also, Otherwise was a nice house to stay for a couple days and would book again if the price is good.
This house was perfect for our family of 4 for a quick getaway.
