This complex is conveniently located to area amusements and offers laundry facilities on the first floor and charcoal grills on-site. Condo 319 is a nicely furnished, non-smoking condo on the third floor and offers an ocean view from the balcony. With two bedrooms and 2 baths, your family will get the quality time you've been needing. Cozy up in the living room on the sleeper sofa and catch up on shows until the wee hours. Enjoy a sunset cocktail on the balcony or watch the beautiful sunrise in the morning. The fully equipped kitchen and dining area is the perfect place for your family meals. After you tuck the children into the guest room with two full beds, sink yourself in the comfort of a king-size bed of the principal bedroom with a TV and a private full bath. The free WiFi access makes it easy to instantly upload your favorite vacation photo! And just to make your vacation a little bit brighter, we will supply all your bed, bath, and kitchen linen. The views were absolutely amazing. The furniture on the balcony was very nice. The home could use some improvements. Overall it was a nice place to stay for a little weekend getaway!

We had a lovely time at this condo in August - it is close to the beach. Use public beach access ramp right next to the property if you bring a wagon for beach stuff like chairs, boogie boards, cooler etc. though. Security staff and residents here were all very friendly. The area is very nice and short distance from Fort Macon State Park, Oceana Pier, and many other attractions. Would definitely recommend this property and we are grateful for having spent a wonderful week there as a family.

The unit was okay. About what we expected for the mid-level rental price. Doors to bedrooms seemed either swollen or not in alignment with the door frame so they would not close properly. Master bedroom mattress seemed old and worn out. Master bathroom was a bit tight and bathroom sink/base cabinet very small. Ocean view from the balcony was nice. The complex was quiet and peaceful with no loud music or voices, early August stay may have contributed to this. Pool was good and clean. Kitchen was adequately stocked with all the pots, pans, silverware, plates and bowls. Oven and dishwasher operated properly. Large refrigerator. Having a TV in master bedroom was nice. Luggage stands were appreciated to keep off the floor. Got a workout carrying things from the beach and luggage and coolers from the parking lot up to the third floor. This needs to be clearly noted. Did not use the shared washer and dryer on the first floor.v

We really loved staying here it was so nice and quiet with no screaming kids. We will definitely come back in the future. Just a heads up if you have pet allergies I wouldn't stay here because there is a lot of pet hair in condo. It didn't bother us but could make others think twice.
