ABSS151 Seaspray 305

Visiting here was a great experience, the place was clean, the rooms were nice and had all the amenities we needed, good modern kitchen if you needed to cook, comfortable living room space was ideal for my family and a pretty cool balcony to relax/chill out on. The owners were accommodating, thoughtful and easy to work with if i had a question or a request, they wanted to make sure we had everything we needed, even down to something as simple as having a salt and pepper shaker, they took care of everything, super attentive to the needs of a traveler who wants to just enjoy where they are staying. It was a nice home away from home for a few days. Good location, very short walk to the beach, short drive to find places to eat if we didnt feel like staying in. I would return and highly recommend this unit.

The air conditioner had a mind of its own…lol. Sometimes it would drop to 65…. Brrrr…

The condo was very spacious and fresh. Love the nice big kitchen island with plenty of seating. Couch is very comfy and everyone had a seat. Bedooms were lovely as well, nice color pallet and decor through out. We loved it! And it was nice to have beach chairs to use as well. Will definitely stay there again. 🙂

Our family had a wonderful long weekend at this condo. It was perfect for our family of four. We loved having access to the pool with very close access to the beach. Atlantic beach is wonderful because even on its busiest days, it’s really not that busy. The condo had been tastefully redone and was very comfortable.

Overall, we had a great stay. However, in the warmer months a working AC would be a requirement---it never worked during my week there and I never saw where an effort was made to offset that inconvenience. The Portable AC units were noisy at times and appeared to have been in place for a while. So I don't understand why I found out about this on the 1st day of my stay. There are only steps to get to and from the unit---which was fine but could present a challenge for some. The beach was great. My only other issue is that the nearby restaurants seemed disorganized. I'd recommend going off the strip or cooking to maintain your beach vibes especially if you have a small party with kids.

After our original booking became unavailable the night before our arrival, the Vacasa team helped us book another condo. I was very appreciative of their help and was so excited to vacation at the Seaspray 305! It was fully stocked, newly updated, felt very clean (which is super important to me), and just all around a beautifully decorated condo. We really enjoyed our stay. We were hoping that the pool area was at least open to lounge at, but that was the only "wish."
