The Southwinds Condominium Complex, located on Atlantic Beach's grand oceanfront, provides you with the vacation you deserve. Allow yourself to drift away from your everyday stress in one of the two outdoor swimming pools, or take a walk down to the beach and dip your toes in the water. It's the perfect place for a vacation, close to area amusements with picnic areas and grills on-site.

Southwinds F-5 is a beautifully decorated, oceanfront condo on the first floor with a good ocean view. After a day spent on the beach, cozy up on the living room sofa with a bag of popcorn in front of the large flatscreen TV and Blu-ray player, or bring a cold drink out to the oceanfront patio and take in the sights and sounds of the ocean. The fully equipped kitchen and dining area are great for family meals together; there's even a dishwasher to handle the clean-up.

After you tuck the kids into the two twin beds, sink into the king-size bed in the primary bedroom suite with a TV and a private bathroom. Additional amenities for your convenience include a private washer/dryer and free WiFi to allow you to work from your home away from home.

This condo says oceanfront but with being on the 1st floor and the dunes and vegetation, made it hard to see the beach which is why I gave it a 4. I pay extra to watch the ocean so that was a little disappointing. However, the building was quiet, about 15 stairsteps to the door, beach walkway was right around the bldg. no walking through a hot parking lot. Did not vist the pool but just across the parking lot. Condo was clean, master bath was small. (I would put kids in that room). Loved sitting on the balcony at night and hearing the waves. Stackable washer/dryer in unit was awesome! newer appliances, could use some more pots/pans IF you cook on vacation. Atlantic Beach was very nice. We went late August and traffic not bad at all. short drive over bridge to Morehead City and 30 min to Beaufort. Many restaurants & beach shops, beach was wide & shelling is great. Linens/terry/beds/furniture were all great.

We loved this condo! Great location and easy access to the beach. You can hear and see the ocean from the balcony. King sized bed was very comfortable. We would stay here again and highly recommend it !

This unit was well decorated and clean. Although on the first level there is still a nice view from the balcony and you can hear the ocean. What is even more convenient is the boardwalk for the beach is next to the building. Just a few steps up and you are on your way in less than a minute! Overall the unit was quite, convenient, clean, and well put together. Will be staying again!
