The Place at the Beach is ready for you to enjoy all of its amazing amenities. Imagine the excitement on everyone's faces as they approach the outdoor swimming pool with the water slide! Spend some quality time at the nine-hole putt-putt golf course. Rainy days are no problem with the indoor swimming pool. Oh, and don't forget about the hot tub, shuffleboard, tennis court, basketball court, and shared gas grills. Ready to hit the beach? Your friends and family can follow the walkway to the beautiful, white, sandy beach of the Crystal Coast and ride the waves, soak up the sun, or collect seashells. Relax, put your feet up, and enjoy this third-floor condo with great views. The primary bedroom has a king bed and a 32-inch wall-mounted flatscreen TV. The second bedroom has a full bed and a twin bed. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans. The living room has a queen sleeper, a 50-inch flatscreen TV and a Blu-ray player. Your fully-equipped kitchen has new appliances. Other amenities include free WiFi, cable TV, a washer/dryer, and a neat computer desk with extra storage. Come de-stress, decompress, and make great memories with your friends and loved ones.

We love a Place at the Beach. It has so much to offer when traveling with children. This was our 9th time at this complex as this was by far the worst unit we stayed in. We’ve provided feedback through a separate means and hope they get this unit on par with the others.

We loved how close the condo was to the main stairwell and parking lot. The bedroom furniture was comfortable and had plenty of storage. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies.

We have stayed at a place at the beach many times over the years and always love it and always return. This specific unit was very nice, decently updated with new appliances for the most part and nice beds (definitely a plus as other units the mattresses were terrible). However, there is no ice maker (just note this and plan accordingly). The dryer and couch/sofa were broken and need replacing. None of this particularly interfered with our stay, but definitely made it less comfortable. The biggest thing to note is the location is not as it appears. This unit is the other end of the building from the beach closest to the resort entrance and main office. This means it is also a pretty good hike to the pool and the elevator not to mention the beach. Other than that we loved it. The place was pretty well stocked and everything was clean when we arrived!

We would highly recommend this room. The beds were extremely comfortable and all the amenities were very good. We look forward to renting this condo again in the future.
