This unit fit all of our needs regarding location, cleanliness, and amenities. I would 100% recommend this property to my friends and family and will revisit this if I'm in town in the future!

Enjoyed working with Vacasa agent and appreciated that they let us check in early. Kitchen and bathrooms were very clean. House is older and suffering from some moisture and mold issues. Porches were a little slippery and there is some mold that needs to be taken care of in the kitchen. But, it's an older beach house in the shaded woods, so somewhat to be expected. Price point was appropriate and overall the house served us very well for our vacay. Kitchen is well stocked and we cooked the entire week. Beach is easy enough to access, but not walkable. Community has a few spots you can drive to and park, directly across from a beach access. So close to aquarium! loved driving down to the point too. So location was a big plus, even if not on the beach. If I could give it a 3.5, I would, that would be my most accurate rating.
