The kids bed had a huge stain. The countertops were covered in stains and filth from previous people obviously not cleaned the tubs looked like they have never been scrubbed. We cleaned them ourselves. Hard water build up, again lack of cleaning. Marks on the walls. Holes in the wall that were patched by children, it looks gnarly. Don't expect to use the screen door in the living room. It's literally smaller than the opening. There's no point. Kitchen sink was messy. Countertops messy covered in old food stains. Just random damage all over the unit. Not maintained. Not kept. Not cleaned. Just nasty. We literally had to clean everything front to back, yes the bed were done, toilets were done. I will never pick this room again. They offered to clean the room again, but whoever does it obviously do a hot Job. SE we went to the store bought cleaning supplies and cleaned before we went to bed.

Loved the amenities. We got tons of pool time. Kids used the courts. Wish they stayed open later than 10pm. Putt putt was fun too. Long walk to the beach with 5 children but not too bad if they are older. The tap water is yellow. Had enough space for our family and wasn’t too bad just has some issues. Huge painted over mold spot in master bedroom and quarter inch thick dust on ceiling fan.

Ground floor place and very close to amenities/parking so was great for our young kids. This place is as far from the ocean as is possible in the complex, but it's still only a ~5 minute walk, and very close to the office, sports amenities, indoor pool.

We enjoyed this condo. It was a first for us. It was decorated beautifully and furnished well. The layout of the furniture was roomy. The flooring helped cut down on the feel of sand and were easy to keep swept.
