The place was quiet and clean. The beds were very comfy! Pool area is nice. Really good location to take walks. And just a few minutes from several good restaurants. Furniture and decor are a bit dated. And the walls could use some touch up painting.

Clean, convenient to restaurants, shopping,fishing. Great complex, awesome pool, fishing dock. Quiet and has elevators.

The biggest qualification I was looking for was the cleanliness of the property! Vacasa did not disappoint! When we walked in we were blown away at how clean the unit was! Everything was neat, orderly, and smelled fresh. The environment was welcoming with board games, puzzles and books to read. Sure, the furniture needs updating but it was never our intention to hang out in our unit. We spent time on the beach enjoying everything the area had to offer - from Morehead City to Emerald Isle and everything in between. When we returned to go to sleep our bed linens were crisp and cool! We did not let the impacts from Hurricane Erin stop us and appreciated the updates from Vacasa.

The condo is great. It had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. Will be back.

I would not recommend this unit or Vacasa. There were several cleanliness issues within the unit itself upon arrival, along with an extremely off putting smell. The condo has not been well maintained. I didn’t mind the lack of updates, but the unit itself was not well kept and the pictures of the listing are deceiving. We also were unable to use one of the showers due to a draining issue. All concerns were brought to Vacasas attention on multiple occasions and yet nothing was resolved. No one fixed the issues we brought to their attention and good luck trying to get any updates. We were extremely disappointed in our stay as well as our experience with Vacasa. Would not recommend.
