The amenities were great. The condo was spacious and nicely decorated. We loved going out to the dock on marsh. Easy access to the beach with a private entrance. Our family enjoyed the large pool and the beach was beautiful. Wonderful place for a summer vacation!

We stayed for the weekend for my wife's birthday. It was low key and relaxing, partly because post-Labor Day crowds were much smaller, and partly because this is a clean, well-appointed condo with excellent views of the ocean and the salt marsh on the sound side. The unit is set up nicely for a family but also just perfect for the two of us, with easy beach access and a nice pool.

Within a single week, we saw a cockroach inside we had to kill, hairs in the bathroom and the kitchen, and two full days of workers hammering the walls and windows without a heads-up. Check out another provider before booking here.

The unit was fairly quiet. Convenient access to the beach and outdoor showers to rinse off . Super nice pool.

This place was the perfect location for our family. We are a family of 5 with three kids 13, 11, 7 They loved being able to just apply sunscreen in the condo and walk across the street to the beach. When they tired of the sand, we came right over and showered at the pool before jumping in for more water fun. The condo is well maintained and comfortable for the 5 of us. We loved the screened in balcony at night. We’ve already recommended this place to several friends.

I loved the pool and easy access to local ammenities without driving.
