Loved everything about the place

Nice but very bland. We've stayed at several condos, they all had amazing decor. There isn't much going on in this unit. Location is great but 3 levels of stairs is rough, especially when staying multiple days to a week with hauling things in and out. As with all the other reviews.. that couch has seen better days. Incredibly low to the ground. I'm 6'3 so it's like getting off of a beach chair every time. However, my kids loved it because it's worn down and their feet touch the ground. Other than that, we had a great time. Really close to the beach, the pools were in great shape and didn't come across one rude person the entire trip. We will book again but with a ground level unit next time.

You are only a walk to the beach! Our unit was comfortable, however there is no elevator to the unit. Our unit was on the top floor, no washer or dryer in the room, furniture was out dated, no television in any of the bedrooms or hair dryer. Our unit had the necessity's to be comfortable, nothing extra.

The view was great but the 3 flights of stairs was rough, especially for older adults.

Read the reviews about this place and look at the pictures. I recommend to anyone that is planning on watching TV sometime during their stay, to pay close attention to the couch pictured. It is a bamboo couch with faded blue cushions. This couch is low, in fact it is about 15" high. This makes it very difficult to get up off of it. I've seen couches on the side of the road that were in better shape than this one. And the matching chairs are no better. If they have not been replaced save your money. Before booking ask if these have been replaced, you'll be glad you did. Layout was good and nice ocean view!
