This home is very outdated, in need of repairs, and furniture is awful. The master bed is the worst and you only feel springs all night, the room also needs a curtain because the lights shine in all night. The condominium is great and amenities are nice, but I will not stay in this unit again.

Resort was beautiful and staff was friendly. Close to town and diners.

The walls were so dusty. I have dust allergies and my eyes itched anytime I was in the condo. The balcony has railing boards that are coming off, making it hazardous for people to be on the balcony. The balcony furniture is old and broken. The balcony light has exposed wires. The balcony sides have large rusty hooks on them. The bunk bed is extremely old and creaks loudly anytime a child sleeping on it moves. The paint is peeling off the walls in large patches in every room. The balcony door doesn't lock. The primary bedroom window needs curtains to block out the constant condo hallway lighting. We'll be back to this complex but will not stay in this condo again.

The resort was wonderful. The pool, waterslide, hot tub, mini golf and, of course, the beach were spot on. The condo is worn, needs a deep clean and some repairs and organization. I can not recommend staying in unit 348 and paying $600 for 2 nights. Not worth the money. Pick a different unit.

Before arriving we were notified of water damage to the walls it was much more extensive then perceived. Upon arrival it was noted that the top bunk had not been clean as it was covered in food debris and disheveled. We also discovered the fridge had not been cleaned and there was still coffee in the coffee pot. Within an hour of being in the space our feet were black with dirt. There was nothing to properly clean with during your stay. A broom and dust pan was located and There was a wring mop but no buckets and no cleaning solution. We found a dead- chargeable vacuum with no charger to be found. The rug in the main room was so full of sand(at arrival) it definitely required a vacuum to be cleaned and had clearly not been. The bathrooms were nice and clean as well as the main bed in the bedroom. After complaining about the state of the floors we were given a swifter mop and cleaning solution to clean the room ourselves. They offered a cleaner but I didn’t feel comfortable with them coming while we were there as we were told we would need to remove our stuff for the clean. The swifter barely made a dent in the dirt and needs a proper clean. We had no hot water but that was fixed quickly after calling in the complaint. We also discovered there is no lock for the sliding glass door to the balcony. This is a third floor room - a big safety hazard. The balcony railing is also rotting and so loose it can be moved with little force. I refused to let my children out there for fear of thier safety. The living room furniture is broken down and extremely uncomfortable. Felt like a freshman college dorm instead of a welcoming living space. The inside of the drawers and wardrobes in bedrooms were extremely dirty. The bedroom tvs don’t work at all and the living room tv was very limited on channels. It was listed as all tvs having cable and streaming services. That is untrue. The AC was unable to go below 75 degrees despite being set all the way down to 60 degrees. Every time the oven was opened during cooking it set the smoke detector off. Multiple outlets throughout did not work. The amenities the property offers should receive 5 stars that’s the only thing that made our stay worth it. The 100 ft water slide was a huge hit and the beach is amazing! All the employees of the property were sympathetic to our issues and were so kind. This room needs to be properly cleaned and updated before it is rented again
