Nice place to stay. Extremely quiet. Pool wasn't crowded and pathway to the beach is well maintained. Condo was clean and well equipped.

Very nice room. My daughter and I were very pleased. When we got there we had a few issues that had to be addressed but they were taken care of promptly. We are already trying to plan another week in that room for next year.

Sands Villa 518 was great! Plenty of room for a party of 6! The unit was tidy, spacious, well decorated, & had a well stocked kitchen with everything we needed. Easy access to the beach and the pools (indoor & outdoor) Beautiful oceanfront view from the room! The grounds at Sands Villa is beautiful, well maintained, clean, and well laid out so everything is easily accessible. We greatly enjoyed our stay at Sands Villa and will definitely be going back again!

Loved being w/my family. Quiet area. Nice pool. Long ways from beach because of large property. The boardwalk is a ramp which is a plus. There are also sand mats for handicap use but its still difficult to maneuver the sand if you're handicapped.
