This property has its own access to the beach, but is also close to the public access which was easier for my older parents.

We always stay here when we visit AB. The oceanfront location is great. We love the deck that sits between the house and the dunes!

The property itself was beautiful and close to the beach. It was perfect for our family. We did however check in on Saturday and the refrigerator broke down on Tuesday. We contacted Vacasa and 2 different technicians were sent out to try to fix it. We were told it could not be fixed and he would call and we should have a new unit by Wednesday. Wednesday evening we still had not been contacted so I reached out again and was told they would look into it and did not hear from them the rest of the day. Thursday I called and was told they would check on the status. Thursday evening I actually had to go to the office to make another complaint. I was met with a nice phone call that stated we would not get a refrigerator before Saturday but they could reimburse the ice we had to buy and items we lost, they would also send out ice and coolers on Friday morning. Itemized list was sent to the number provided and Friday no ice/coolers were delivered and no contact was made regarding the reimbursement of ice. We were not contacted again. I understand that things do break but the communication and follow up for problems in the rental was the worst I have dealt with.

This house has a great deck looking out to the ocean with a shared private path down to the beach. It's a convenient walk to food and shopping.

The proximity to the beach was great!
