Plenty of place room.

We had a group of 14 people staying for 5 nights and we had a wonderful experience. The house had plenty of room to spread out. The second kitchen was a nice surprise, especially with cooking multiple meals each day. The short walk across the street to the beach was perfect for when some of the younger ones in our group needed a nap, but the older ones still wanted to stay at the beach, or if we just wanted a quick stroll on the beach on the evening. And the view of the beach from the deck was perfect for having a morning cup of coffee. My only complaints would be that the TV in the downstairs living room did not work, but that wasn't a huge deal for us personally. And the kitchen was not stocked as well as I had expected it to be. Overall the house was wonderful and I would definitely here again!
